There's a reason Dr. Foeman was one of my favorite professors at WCU. She was relentlessly positive and upbeat when I had her over 20 years ago, and it seems that little has changed!! With all the nonsense that we hear about the environment on college campuses these days, it is indeed refreshing to see something positive!! Denise Figliozzi Kruse will surely like this story!!
