"The South Detective Division of the Philadelphia Police Department confirms they are handling the investigation." Yeah, but why not the FBI? Sure sounds like it could be a hate crime!! If only the soldier was gay or trans or some other protected class. Maybe then this story would actually make it out of the Philadelphia area...
