Sanitation crews work to remove massive amounts of garbage from DAPL protest camp before spring thaw

For months, people from all over the country have been protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline. Their concern? That a pipeline could threaten the water supply of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. The protesters have left behind literally TONS of garbage, which is now frozen into solid chunks that hinders its removal. If authorities don't clear the protest sites soon, the massive amounts of waste will likely contaminate... wait for it... THE WATER SUPPLY OF THE STANDING ROCK SIOUX TRIBE!!
