Oh, you silly BBC. The "French National" part of this story is as irrelevant as the "North African origin" part. The Westminster terror attack was committed by a British national, the Bataclan attack was perpetrated by French and Belgians, and the Orlando nightclub shooting was carried out by an American. But their country of origin really didn't have anything to do with anything, now did it?
