London attack: 7 arrests as police probe attacker's links

So here's what we know: - The attack was carried out on the anniversary of the Brussels airport bombing - It was called terrorism right from the jump, which is unusual - Though this article points out that the attacker had been "investigated by security services", we still don't have a name. Am I the only person who thinks it odd that we still don't know who this attacker was?
