From the party that brought us "you can't ask for ID because that's like a poll tax" comes a fine (not a tax) if one doesn't vote!! How that party keeps their positions straight is beyond me. I'm long past expecting consistency, that's for sure. But leave it to Democrats to push for MORE uninformed voters, because they believe it will benefit them. There is literally no other logical conclusion to draw...
